Goofy for Grannies

I have admitted that I'm a yarn-a-holic. You may have noticed that I'm a granny square-a-holic too. Afterall, they ARE the building blocks to fashion!
I just finished two granny pillows for my guest room / craft room. There's just something about all those pretty colors gathered into a grid. SO CHEERFUL!

Tiny Granny Pillow front and back

I was heavily inspired by Attic 24's and Sarah London's blogs.

"Babette" Pillow, front and back
I used some old 16" square pillows in a rusty color, just hanging around the garage. I didn't make the pillow covers removeable, so if these pillows ever need washing, I'll have to disassemble the edgings. Hopefully, my guests will be tidy.
Come on! You know you want to try your hand at crocheting some granny squares! You will find a great granny square tutorial here.
