Wise Words

Driving through Hollywood on Friday night, on our way to Atwater Village, my traffic-savvy husband took some advice from Bette Davis.

Johnny Carson once asked Bette Davis "What is the best way an aspiring starlet could get into Hollywood?"  Ms. Davis replied "Take Fountain!" 

The mural is located on a building at the southwest corner of Fountain and Normandie Avenues in East Hollywood.  It is signed by Panhandle Slim.
