Use for Eyelash Yarn

OK....now I know how to use up all that old, annoying eyelash yarn in my stash. We will make sea anenomes, coral reefs and sea urchins!

Also seen at Bergamot Station in Santa Monica on Saturday was a display by the Institute for Figuring of some of their latest creations. These sculptures were crocheted by artsits and scientists, Marianne Midelburg, Shari Porter and Sarah Simons. They are called "Coral Mounds." They are beautiful.

Love the art pieces. The coral mounds remind me of the Planet Earth series on Discovery. Amazing stuff.

Ooh, what a neat idea. I don't have much eyelash yarn, but this would be fun!

Great sea critters. Who knew eyelash yarn could be so cool?

P.S. I never thought I'd ever see an eyelash yarn I liked, so just goes to show....
