Art Party
On Saturday evening Larry and I attended an art opening and blog-a-versary at the Jack Rutberg Gallery on La Brea. Debra Levine invited us to the 5 year anniversary of her blog, arts-meme where she focuses on many artistic happenings around Los Angeles, especially dance events. The opening at the Rutberg Gallery was a centennial tribute to artist, FRANCISCO ZÚÑIGA.
We've known Debra for years, through our involvement with the Los Angeles Conservancy and particularly with the Modern Committee. The gallery was jam-packed. The exhibition was marvelous, including many aspects of Zúñiga's career. We ran into many friends and met some new people too! It was a real "Hollywood" event! Congratulations to Debra and the success of her blog!

As you can see, we took lots of photographs of ourselves with friends. It was definitely a snappy evening!
