OK, OK...I know I've been crocheting too many potholders.
I just cain't quit 'em."Curson" "Courtney" "VanDerPool"
"Lil' Bugs" "Lafayette" "Independence" All potholders are crocheted with cotton, either
Reynolds Saucy or
Tahki Stacy, a size "F" crochet hook and some have a layer of terry-cloth between the two crocheted sides.

They are really pretty.
Courtney! That's mine and I love it. For now I just look at it because it's so pretty. Eventually it will finds it's way to a pot handle.
Thanks for the compliments, Ladies!
Yes, Natalie, "Courtney" is yours. Some of the potholders I named for their location (street name), some for their Ravelry owner's names and some for the personality of the potholder!
THANK YOU for explaining your naming scheme (I was wondering...) I think Courtney is my favorite, but they are all very lovely.
I love Courtney and Lil Bugs! They are all so great!
Thanks for visiting my blog. I browsed through your restaurant blog. We sure do like some of the same places!!
I love these. Is your kitchen blue?
Hi Lisa,
No, my kitchen isn't blue. Right now, my kitchen is a mess! In the near future I will be doing a minor kitchen remodel. My colors are black, white and any bright accent color like red, sunny yellow, hot green, orange, pink, etc.
Most of these potholders were gifts for others.
Summer is the time to crochet potholders! Or anything else small that can be done without the yarn heating you up. I love all these, but I think VanDerPool is my favorite.
Who could blame you with such pretty potholders to crochet. See ya Saturday?
