World Wide Stitch in Public Day

We had a great group this past Saturday morning at the Original Farmers Market for World Wide Stitch in Public Day!  I remembered to buy a box o' Bob's Dounut holes from downstairs to sweeten up the morning for the WeHo SnB.

Everyone was working on different projects.  Many of us are participating in the Ravelry 2013 Dishcloth Swap.  Suzette is knitting a particularly good looking pattern!

After lunch at home I drove down to Santa Monica's Clover Park to stitch in public with the Fairview Knitters.  This group was not quite as large as the WeHo SnB, but we had a good time in cloudy, chilly Santa Monica!  Sorry I snapped this photo before EVERYONE was present.

Both of these groups meet on a regular basis.  You can join the West Hollywood Stitch 'n Bitch every Thursday night from 7-9pm at the Original Farmers Market, 3rd and Fairfax, LA, upstairs dining area.  We also meet on the second Saturday of every month from 10am to noon, same place.

The Fairview Knitters meet on the second and fourth Saturdays at the Fairview Branch of the Santa Monica Library, 21st @ Ocean Park, Santa Monica in the Community Room from 3:30-5:30.  Hope to see you there sometime!
