La Cevicheria
It was a hot weekend in Los Angeles! On Friday night we were in the mood for a bit of tropical food, so (on Jonathan Gold's recommendation) we drove east on Pico Blvd. to La Cevicheria. It was fairly crowded at 7pm.
We sat just inside the door, which was good, 'cause the place is not air-conditioned. The breeze from the street helped alleviate the warmth. Larry ordered the fish tacos. DELISH!
I ordered the large ceviche, mixed. Everything was really tasty. The limeade was especially good too. I'd definitely return to La Cevicheria or place an order to go!

Mmm-I love ceviche. So good!
I read the Gold review, too, and was intrigued. Did you have the clams? I'm not much of a raw clam lover, but the review made it sound wonderful.
Hi Auntie Snow!
