It Was a Super-Yarny Weekend
On Sunday, Meri and I zoomed over to the Blu Elefant Cafe on Washington Blvd. for a meet-up with the West Adams Knitters. Funny thing, no one from West Adams showed up for the group this month. We were all from the WeHo SnB gang, except for Jennifer who is a wild-card knitter.
The Blu is always a nice place to sit and knit. There were a few neighborhood people present, drinking delicious coffee concoctions, playing board games, reading and visiting.
Below are a few of the projects we were knitting and/or crocheting:
Jennifer's hat or cowl? Gorgeous Hand-spun Yarn! |
Diane's Slouchy Beret |
Meri's Swatch for Upcoming Vest |
Ellen's Fleur de Lys Patterned Pillow Cover |
The Blu Elefant Cafe |
The West Adams Knitters meet on the third Sunday of every month, 1-3pm at the Blu Elefant Cafe, 2024 W. Washington Blvd. between Western and Normandie. Join us if you have a chance!
