Saturday Night Fun
We were sooooo busy last week. By Saturday night we were exhausted. We just wanted to sit in a happy, relatively quiet restaurant and have a comforting, delicious meal. Of course, we drove over to Pann's for dinner.
The "Googie" architecture of this 1958 gem always brings us in. Of course, the food is beautifully prepared and delicious. I just love sitting inside, all cozy, looking through the big windows at the cars speeding by on La Tijera and La Cienega. The sight-lines inside the restaurant are open, the colors are warm and inviting. Everyone there is nice, including the customers. Pann's puts me in a good mood.
Thank you, Panagopoulos family for hanging on and preserving this wonderful Los Angeles place.
