Oh dahlin', we passed a good time at the Southern-Style Throwdown dinner for Miss Patti on Sunday night!  Miss Patti was visiting from Louisiana and we were invited to Amy's and Billy's place for dinner.  Amy and Billy live at the Village Green, a historic garden park environment in L.A.  Billy is a fantastic chef!  With Amy's help, we had a wonderful Louisiana-style dinner.

We all miss Patti.  She's been living in her homeland of Louisiana for almost 10 years now.  There was a time that we used to see each other ALL the time at different roots music shows around town.  That's how we all met.....thru our love of music!  When Patti comes to town, it's like she was never gone.  We always pick right up where we left off!  That's what good friends are all about.
