Vintage Photo Friday - Office Xmas Party!
1960. Xmas Party, LA City Traffic Engineers and Staff |
Woo Hoo! Today is our office Christmas party....leaving work early, free fancy lunch, frivolity and fun with co-workers and free parking in Beverly Hills for Xmas shopping, As in years past, HBO is treating us to a lovely party and lunch at the Montage Hotel in BH...walking distance to some faboo shops.
Here are a few photos that I inherited from my Great Aunt Luba's archive. Luba worked for the L.A. City Traffic Engineer's office, downtown L.A. for many years. Looks like their in-office Xmas party in 1960 was hot fun!
Our office is beautifully decorated. We have a two-story lobby. Below is only a portion of the lobby, including the tree.

Yesterday my co-workers received a motorized Frosty the Snowman. Courtney and Georgia love their new friend, even though his motor is a bit noisy!

Have a wonderful weekend, my friends! We're leavin' early today!
