I was combing through some old photographs the other day and came across a bunch from my brother, Ken's Bar Mitzvah party. The Bar Mitzvah was held at Temple Beth Am, BH adjacent. The party was at the Sportsman's Lodge in the Valley. June 1958.

Below is a photo of a table of my parents' friends. I'm still in contact with almost ALL of the children of this group!

The Sportsman's Lodge was quite a destination in it's day. I remember going to many events there...Bar Mitzvah parties, weddings and more. The Lodge and Hotel have been updated and it's still a very popular place for parties. The grounds are beautiful and you can still catch a trout in it's streams!
